Capturing people is my favourite part of what I do…especially faces.
I’ve spent years drawing portraits, so I quickly pick up on the little details that make someone them. I love using creative shapes and stylised silhouettes to bring each illustration to life, while still keeping that sense of likeness and personality.
No two people are the same, and that’s exactly the point.
Every piece is created to feel personal, thoughtful, and a little bit special for the person receiving it.

Guests simply stop by for a quick photo, then get straight back to enjoying the celebration. I'll work from the portrait while they party, dance, and make memories with their favourite people!
Once their portrait is complete, it will be displayed at my table ready to collect before they leave. It's designed to be a seamless part of the day, with no sitting for a portrait required.

As a general guide, I can illustrate approximately 8 guests per hour, or around 4 couples. The exact number can vary depending on outfits and details, with intricate patterns, etc, taking longer to illustrate.

Not much at all! I generally bring my own table and chair, so I simply ask for a spot with good lighting and access to a power point if available. If I'm unable to bring my own setup, a trestle-sized table and chair is all I need.

There's no need to stress about making sure every single guest receives a portrait. Live illustration is as much about the experience as it is the finished artwork, and not every guest will choose to have their portrait drawn on the day.
If there are particular guests you'd love illustrated, I recommend creating a priority list. Should you decide you'd like additional portraits completed after the celebration, Extended Guest Coverage can always be arranged afterwards.
