How It Works:
I keep things simple and seamless so you can actually enjoy your event.
On the day, I’ll set up my space and begin capturing guests throughout the celebration. Guests are briefly photographed so they can head straight back to enjoying the moment while I draw.
They’ll return later to collect their illustration—usually with friends in tow to see the final result.
Depending on your event size, I will also complete additional illustrations after the event so more guests can be included; something often offered in live illustration services to ensure no one misses out.

Guests simply stop by for a quick photo, then get straight back to enjoying the celebration. I'll work from the portrait while they party, dance, and make memories with their favourite people!
Once their portrait is complete, it will be displayed at my table ready to collect before they leave. It's designed to be a seamless part of the day, with no sitting for a portrait required.

As a general guide, I can illustrate approximately 8 guests per hour, or around 4 couples. The exact number can vary depending on outfits and details, with intricate patterns, etc, taking longer to illustrate.

If you'd like to book, I'll send through a contract and invoice for the 50% booking fee.
Once completed, your date is officially secured and we can chat about the next steps!

Not much at all! I generally bring my own table and chair, so I simply ask for a spot with good lighting and access to a power point if available. If I'm unable to bring my own setup, a trestle-sized table and chair is all I need.

There's no need to stress about making sure every single guest receives a portrait. Live illustration is as much about the experience as it is the finished artwork, and not every guest will choose to have their portrait drawn on the day.
If there are particular guests you'd love illustrated, I recommend creating a priority list. Should you decide you'd like additional portraits completed after the celebration, Extended Guest Coverage can always be arranged afterwards.
